When a lead comes in, respond immediately — do not wait. We notify the homeowner that a contractor will be reaching out right away, so they are expecting your call. If you are unable to reach them on the first attempt, call back and follow up by text. If you continue to have trouble, reach back out to PM247 and we will assist in making contact.
Can I choose which damage types I receive leads for?+
Yes. Your service profile defines exactly which damage types and coverage area you serve. We only route leads that match your designated and verifiable specialties.
What if I have an issue with a lead?+
All calls between PM247 and property owners are recorded and on file. If you have a concern about a lead, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the call recording, verify the information provided to you, and reach out to the homeowner directly if needed. Our goal is to connect people in need with the right help — we'll do everything we can to make that happen for both sides.
