When a property owner calls us, we contact our network immediately. The first available company to respond and confirm gets the lead. Make sure PM247's number is saved in your phone, not blocked, and set to ring as a priority contact — calls come 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Companies that consistently don't answer move down in placement.

Key Terms — Lead Purchase Agreement

Property Matters 24/7, operated by Property Help Services LLC, is a referral service only. We are not a contractor and do not perform restoration work. We connect property owners with contractors in our network.

You pay us a flat referral fee per qualified lead. A qualified lead means a property owner personally contacted us, provided a verifiable address in your service area, confirmed they need professional services, and the lead has not been previously sold for the same incident.

All fees are non-refundable once a lead is delivered and accepted. Disputes must be submitted within 5 business days of lead delivery. PM247 applies a commercially reasonable, good-faith determination to all lead qualification decisions.

You represent that your company is licensed and insured to perform the work in your operating jurisdiction. You agree to maintain that licensure and insurance for the duration of your participation in the network.
